Summer has just waved goodbye and daily routine is slowly coming back. Schools are about to open and our children will re-enter their hard and demanding rhythms, which usually involve many extracurricular activities throughout the week.
Children’s overloading, however, creates a pressure frame disproportionate to their strengths, with no time for relaxation and play, which can adversely affect their performance due to fatigue, anxiety, poor diet and lack of sleep.
It is, therefore, wise to choose the activities of our children in a measure based on their age, interests and abilities.
Keep the balance in children’s lives …it’s good for you!
