Happiness is a wonderful feeling that we would all like to feel in great doses. However, happiness comes not only from pure … luck. Most of the time it is in our hands or better, in our mind, to bring it to our life.
Being grateful for what we have (even if we don’t have everything we dream of), having optimism, engaging with good friends, seeking to spend even short moments of joy, doing things that please us, are very tonic and offer us great doses of happiness.
If we put down all the positive things in our life, it is most likely to find out that in fact we have too many reasons to be happy in our daily routine!
